Bruce has been involved in thousands of residential and commercial real estate transactions throughout the state. A native of Morris County resident and former professional baseball player with 4 Major League organizations, (Los Angeles Dodgers, Philadelphia Phillies, Baltimore Orioles, and Texas Rangers) Bruce has built this agency using the same principal of success used on the field - TEAMWORK. Bruce currently resides in Montville, NJ and serves as Assistant Coach for the Montville High School varsity baseball team.
Janet Urso has been a paralegal since graduating from Seton Hall University in 1979. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Education. Having joined True North Title Services at its inception, Janet was previously employed by several law firms and real estate companies before deciding to solely dedicate her career to the title industry. Her expertise as a paralegal in real estate is evident in every transaction at True North Title Services. Janet manages our Closing Department and works closely with attorneys, lenders, real estate agents and consumers, to ensure that every transaction and closing is handled in a professional and timely manner. She is a member of NALS (The Association for Legal Professionals).
Janet enjoys the beach, boating and fishing in her spare time and presently resides in West Orange with her husband of 32 years, Joseph.

Blaise has been a member of our team since the formation of True North Title Services. Prior to joining the title industry in 2004, Blaise was a partner at a Wall Street firm working on the American Stock Exchange.
Blaise is a consumate professional and follows the True North phiosphy that our client relationships are the foundation of our success.
Blaise is an avid golfer (always willing to fill out your foursome!) and is President of the Montclair Hockey Club. He resides in Montclair with his wife, Dara.
Missy has been on the True North Title Services team since its inception. Missy has more than 25 years of experience in customer service, pre-close, and post close production. She enjoys interacting with our clients and providing white glove customer service. Missy is integral to the success of True North Title Services with her willingness to "go the extra mile" for our clients.
In her spare time, Missy enjoys refinishing furniture and spending time on the beach.
With more than 20 years of experience, Terry joined True North Title Services in 2016. She has a vast amount of experience in the title field. She excels at providing our clients with the personalized service that is required to maintain successful relationships.
Terry has spent many years providing training to industry professionals in the field of real estate closings. She is regarded as an expert in this field by her peers. She has experience in residential and commercial closings, having participated in thousands of closings during her career.
Deb joined True North Title Services in 2016. Deb has been a member of the land title industry for more than 25 years. Her experience and expertise provide our clients with piece of mind that their files are completed timely and accurately. Deb has a tremendous amount of experience in residential and commercial transactions and works closely with our clients to meet deadlines and closing dates.
